Stevenson Realty, LLC and Stevenson Realty Contractors Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which may lead to needing to cancel a booked contractor service. If you need to cancel a service, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
To cancel a service, please contact us via phone at 770-744-1775 or email at contact@srcfirm.com. Please provide your name, service details, and the scheduled date of service.
2. Refund Policy
If you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date, you are eligible for a refund. Please note that the refund will be 80% of the service fee. The remaining 20% covers administrative and processing costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date will not be eligible for a refund. This is due to the limited time to assign the contractor to another service.
4. No-Shows
If a contractor arrives for a scheduled service and the client is not available or decides not to proceed with the service, this will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to our clients in advance.
