     1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Stevenson Realty Contractors ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

     2. Services

We provide a platform for booking contractor services. The contractors are independent entities and not employees of the Company. They operate under a 1099 contract. While we strive to work with high-quality professionals, we cannot guarantee the quality of their work or assume liability for their services.

     3. User Obligations

You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to keep such information updated.

     4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings made through our platform are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please review this policy before making a booking. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our services.

     5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

     6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any services provided by the independent contractors.

     7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or any activity related to your use of our services (including negligent or wrongful conduct), by you or any other person accessing our services using your account.

     8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

     9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Georgia for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
